We aim to deliver all direct credit card and credit account orders within 24 hours* providing we receive your verified order before 5pm the previous working day. However due to the bespoke nature of certain products and services we offer, at this time we can only accept on-line payment for items marked with the ‘Easy Sell’ logo.
You can however use our site to order anything from our complete product range that is not marked for immediate on-line payment. Your completed order will then be immediately entered onto our order processing system and a member of our sales or technical team will contact you shortly to confirm your requirements. This also applies to all orders that include both on-line and non-online payment products.
We also accept payment for all orders by personal cheque, bankers draft, or direct transfer.
Unfortunately goods will not be dispatched until funds have cleared. For customers who hold a trade account, the account must be within the agreed terms before goods are dispatched.
